A Rare Case of Sanity
When I was an undergraduate at UWO, graduation required sixteen full-year courses, one of which had to be French. One of my friends couldn’t seem to learn French, but neither did he want to leave Western before graduating, so he kept returning year after year. When he had accumulated twenty-three courses, the university said, “Here’s your B.A. Take it and go.” What a sensible thing to do!
